Filmed Interview | Artarmon, NSW

These interviews will see us to speak with customers of the of a particular bank to provide feedback on past or current experiences in dealing with the institution in times of need, having reached out for a helping hand and the feedback they’d like to pass on.

The a one on one interview will be filmed (all participants will have their identities hidden through pixilation) your feedback be used to create a series of short videos for internal use only, helping to understand how they can better help more individuals in the future.

Who: Males and females aged 25-70
What: 30-minute filmed interview
