Everyone aged 12 and 55 years, yep - it's FOR THE KIDS TOO!!
NOTE:
*Parents should fill this survey in on behalf of their children aged 12-17​)
*A maximum of TWO people per household can participate, however this may only be one adult one child, (not two children) 

Who: Males and females aged 12-55 years
What: up to 60 minute taste test
When: Monday 18th - Wednesday 20th June
Where: Rosehill, NSW
How much: $50 cash
