Realtime Research is a division of The Human Network Pty Ltd ABN 96 087 955 753. (THN) which is a wholly owned Australian company registered in 1999 to primarily conduct market research recruitment on behalf of its clients, and to provide an Internet based capability to host questionnaires

The Human Network Pty Ltd is an associate member of the Market Research Society of Australia (www.mrsa.com.au) and as such committed to abide by all of the Society�s rules and Code of Professional Behaviour. Information regarding Market Research companies, as well the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles and the Code of Professional Behaviour, may be viewed on this website.
The Market Research Society's free Survey Line on 1300 364 830 is available any time, seven days a week providing verification that The Human Network is recognised by the Market Research Society of Australia.
3. Members
Members are able to register at any time via the Realtime Research Web site. In doing so they provide their name, gender, residential address, postcode, email address, telephone contact & DOB. Members may be contacted by email, SMS or telephone from time to time offering the opportunity to participate in a market research project. Any personal information given by Members to Real Time Research will not be sold or traded. Member participation is at all times voluntary.
4. Changing or removing your details
Members are able to update their personal information on the Realtime Research web site at any time. This is achieved by logging into the designated area (Logging in is by way of your registration email address or mobile telephone number and your private password - forgotten passwords can be recovered). Members can remove or amend their details at any time via the Member Login area.
5. Storage & Security
Realtime Research & The Human Network will take all reasonable steps to ensure your registration information is secure by using products and security systems that offer high levels of protection from unauthorised access. You can assist in this process by not revealing LOGIN and password details to anyone. Choose passwords in excess of 6 characters which use both letters and numbers. Your password can be changed at any time if you believe your password has been compromised.
6. Project Results
The information provided by Members in responding to a questionnaire is held by Real Time Research & The Human Network and is used only for a specific project. The data collected is passed to a Client without any information which would identify the Member, unless the Member has specifically authorised that this information can be made available.
During the collection of results of a questionnaire each response is coded to ensure there is no more than one response from each Member. This coding is deleted from the data before the information is passed to the Client.
