When will I be selected?

When we select participants to attend our projects, they must match our client's criteria and requirements.  These are, at times, quite strict and can become very involved.  We match people's responses from the screening questionnaire with those requirements, and we look at each and every response that we receive very carefully, to ensure that we fulfil those requirements in terms of age, gender, product usage etc so we send the right person along.

Companies spend a lot of money on market research and product development so your input is very important to them, and it is important that we send the right people along as well.  It soon becomes obvious particularly in a focus group or an interview if the participant is not quite right.

So, if you have completed a couple of questionnaires and you haven't been selected to take part as yet, you may very well be in the exact criteria we are looking for next time.
